His Legacy… James Wrubel, 63, passed away July 18, 2021.  He was born on January 15, 1958, in Warren, MI to Kenneth and Genevieve (Essenmacher) Wrubel. Jim liked to hunt and fish and enjoyed going to the ocean.  He loved fast cars and playing Mafia Wars. Jim was very proud of his accomplishments when participating in the Special Olympics.

His Family… Jim will be missed by his siblings, William (Lauri), Donald (Vicki), John (Linda) Caroline (Kevin) Shaw, Michael and Lori (Jeffrey) Powles; 3 aunts, 2 uncles and many nephews, nieces and cousins. He is preceded in death by his parents, Ken and Genny Wrubel and sister Nancy Lou Wrubel.

His Farewell… Jim’s family and friends will gather Friday, July 30, 2021,  from 10:30AM until the time of his Community Farewell at 1:00PM at Borek Jennings Funeral Home, Lamb Chapel, Howell, MI. In Lieu of Flowers, Jim requested that a donation in his name be given to The American Association of People with Disabilities.
