Did You Get Our Last Email?

IF YOU DID NOT GET OUR LAST EMAIL OR YOU WISH TO RECEIVE EMAIL FROM OUR CLASS WEBSITE WE MAY NEED YOUR ASSISTANCE TO DO SO:

If you have reason to believe that you missed receiving the latest email from us:

First, check your email spam folder. If you find it there you will probably need to “whitelist” our sending email address of noreply@classcreator.net.

Then, check out the Home Page. Several lines down the page, there will be a notation listing the date that the last class email was sent out. Next check out the Missing Classmates/No Email link. If you find your name on one of the two lists, we do not have a valid working email address for you.

Then, click on the MEMBER PROFILES link, locate you name and click on it.

 

If you are not a registered website member, it will take you to a page where you can click on the link to join the website as a registered member. Don't forget to follow all of the steps to verify your membership and validate your email address.

 

If you are a registered website member, you will see a message that you must now log in to continue.

     Once you have logged-in, If the email we sent to you bounced, a copy of the bounce notice will be displayed.

     You will have the opportunity to enter an updated primary email address. If you opt to keep your current one, you will need to insure that the reason for the bounce has been fixed. Otherwise, the email will bounce again.

     You must click the link provided to send a verification email (this is to be sure email is actually getting through now).

     You must receive the verification email and click the link inside to validate the email address.

     The bounce problem should now be solved and you can begin receiving emails from the Website again. If this is not the case, click "contact us" and let us know so that we can fix the problem.

 

Prior to sometime in earily 2016 all that we needed was your valid/working email address.

Then came the era of privacy issues and spam email.

NOW, DUE TO  WEB MAIL SPAM POLICIES OF MOST ALL WEB MAIL PROVIDERS, ONCE WE SEND YOU AN EMAIL AND IT IS RETURNED TO US AS UNDELIVERABLE (BOUNCED) WE ARE NO LONGER ABLE TO SEND YOU ANOTHER "DIRECT FROM THE SITE" EMAIL UNTIL THE ISSUE IS RESOLVED.

Why did the email we sent you bounce? Emails can bounce for a variety of reasons. Several of the most common are:

  1. The email address we have for you (primary email address) is no longer a working/valid address.
  2. The email server which “hosts” your email address was temporarily down or inaccessible when the email was sent.
  3. Your email server (AOL, Yahoo, etc.) is blocking emails from us (noreply@classcreator.net  or you have manually added it to your blocking list. 
  4. If you are a registerd website member with log-in credentials, you are blocking our emails by setting your "notify me" preference for "An administrator sends an email to all Classmates" to "Never" instead of "Immediately".
