RE: band Posted Friday, March 26, 2010 11:55 AM I moved out of the Avondale school district in1971. AT the Avondale middle school Mrs. Neff was the band director and I played trumpet. In high school I played trumpet for marching season and french horn for concert season. Chuck Cowley
